Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping on most of our products. We do have some products on the website which we do need to charge shipping due to the size and weight. We label these products “Contact Us for Shipping Cost.” For products we don’t include free shipping we provide the most cost effective method to ship the product(s) you order, we do not look to make a profit on shipping charges.
Once in a while a product may be mis-labeled as free shipping on the website, in these cases we will contact you with the shipping charges before shipment and you will have the option to cancel the order if you do not want to pay for the shipping cost.

We only take order on our website for shipments to the United States. Any order for outside the United States please call us at 1-540-298-1515 and we will help you place the order. All applicable taxes, customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer on all international orders.
Return Policy
All of our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee based on workmanship and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we¹ll refund your money or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item, please call us at 1-540-298-1515 and we will provide you with a return authorization and the address to return it to (all returned items require a return authorization).
Special Order items may not be eligible for a refund unless the reason is based on a manufacturing defect. Please ask us about our special order return policy when you place the order.
